HRD US Series

HRC US Series
Hertz Cycling Dryers cools an engineered special liquid in a stainless tank having 33,8°F temperature, This liquid is cycled in the dryer to cool down the compressed air.
This technology helps the customers to SAVE ENERGY when the dryer has variable inlet flow,
All components that are exposed to water-glycol mixture are either stainless steel (Heat exchanger, Tank, Pump) or Aluminum (Dryer heat exchanger) Therefore there is no risk of rust.

Hertz HRD H US Series Digital Cycling air dryers supply constant dewpoint at all flow ranges, This perfect insulation philosophy continues to the refrigeration circuit side also, Superior insulation and oversized condensers (for ultra-high ambient temperatures) enable the HRD H US Series Dryers to offer continuous air quality.
Many smaller compressors do not use an aftercooler in their designs, Therefore compressed air exits the compressor at about 240 oF temperature, Hertz high temperature dryers incorporate an aftercooler to reduce the inlet temperature, providing efficient dewpoint management.
Hertz exclusively uses environmentally friendly R134a refrigerant gas in its dryers. The gas has excellent thermodynamic properties and can operate at very low pressure compared to other refrigerants. Hertz added an extra capability to the heat exchangers with a superior no loss insulation system.
ODRD Series Digital Cycling Refrigerated Air Dryers

Ozen only uses environmentally friendly R134a gas in its dryers. Thanks to the thermodynamic properties of R134a, which is ideal for both low and high heat applications, it is possible to operate at lower pressures than other dryers. Since it is designed to accommodate extreme tropical climates, the dryer provides high performance at ambient temperatures of up to 140 °F. The Digi-Pro control unit makes it is easy to monitor the actual dew-point and determine the dryer’s periodical service and maintenance needs.

RHT Series High Inlet Temperature Refrigerated Air Dryers
Altec AIR Refrigerated Air Dryers for compressed air applications use a heat exchange system to effectively cool incoming hot air, reducing the amount of necessary compression. The process also conditions outgoing air to a warmer temperature, which reduces the presence of re-condensation.

Hertz HDA US Heatless Desiccant Air Dryers provide constant -40 oF pressure dew point. These dryers are designed to supply clean and very dry compressed air for critical applications. Pre-filters and after-filters are supplied along with Hertz Heatless Air Dryers to keep the air stream clean and maintain the integrity of the desiccant medium. A very reliable electronic controller makes sure that the dryer operates perfectly all through the service life of the dryer.

HRE Series Dual Tower Heat Regenerative Desiccant Air Dryers
Altec AIR’s HRE Series Heat Regenerative Desiccant Air Dryers apply a regulated amount of dried process air, which has been heated by way of a low watt density heater, down through the desiccant bed (counter current). This heated purge air is then exhausted to atmosphere, removing the water vapor that had adhered to the desiccant during the previous cycle.

HBP Series Dual Tower Heat Regenerative Desiccant Air Dryers
Altec AIR’s HBP Series Heat Regenerative Desiccant Air Dryers also use heated air to regenerate the off-line tower. Additionally, a high-efficiency packaged blower assembly directs heated atmospheric air counter current through the desiccant bed, removing the water vapor collected from the previous drying cycle. Dew point spikes or heat bumps are mitigated by enabling the auxiliary cooling / stripping feature that uses a small percentage of dry process air (1.7%)
